"Being a new customer of State Farm I have to say, it’s one of the best (if not the best) company I’ve ever worked with. Began new policy in January and 1/24 I had a minor car accident. Not one word was said to me even tho I felt so bad. Then husband has been out of work for months and the girls in the office worked with me to keep my policy active. I’d recommend Matt Basilles office in a heartbeat. #1 definitely in my eyes."

"Hi Matt, The service Amy Skay provided to me on 05/01/24 extends far beyond thank you. Shortly after my original agent retired, service had become so stressful. I was starting to feel moments of bewilderment, as I was trying to maintain my Statefarm auto insurance of over 30 years. The patience, understanding, and professionalism that she provided to me on that day in which I walked into your office was such a blessing. I was surprised that Amy wasn't the supervisor/manager, seeing how her professionalism clearly identifies her as being in that type of role.
